Kali Yoga offers a safe space to practice yoga for anyone willing to show up to the mat. In our cozy yoga room, we practice meditation, pranayma (breath), asana (postures), and find ways to incorporate the Eight Limbs into everyday life. Our instructors walk alongside you on your path, whether you choose to practice to condition your body, ease stress, learn to slow down and become more mindful, or all of the above and more.
